Search in the App Store for Mayority

School license

1. Call the Apple School Manager-website (https://school.apple.com/) and log in with the Apple School ID of your school.
   (Careful! You will need an Apple School ID to log in. Ask your school's administrator for one. If your school does not yet have an Apple School ID, you can create one here: https://school.apple.com/#/enrollment/form)
2. Search in the App Store for Mayority and click on it.
3. Enter the number of licences you need and purchase them.
4. The license keys received can now be distributed to the students, who can now install the game. You can find out more at: https://support.apple.com/de-at/guide/apple-school-manager/axme19b23f7f/1/web/1

In order to use Mayority on an Android device, you must first download the installation file (Mayority.apk) to your smartphone. There are two ways to do this:

Download directly from your smartphone

1. Open the Mayority Webshop on your smartphone and log in with your account.
2. Download the Mayority.apk file download. If you are automatically prompted to install it, skip to step 5.
3. Open the application via the main menu of your smartphone My Files.
4. Find the Mayority.apk file under Downloads and tap on it.
5. You can now download the app by tapping on the button Install.
6. You may need to allow the installation of the app. In this case, follow the instructions on the screen.

Download from PC/Mac

Download the installation files for Windows and open it via Downloads. This must then be transferred to your smartphone. There are two ways to do this:

1. 1. Download via USB cable
   2. Download via cloud platform

The download and installation process takes a few minutes.

No, you only need an internet connection to download the game. Once it is installed, it can be played offline. However, a brief internet connection is required for the verificaton of the license code.

No, the game cannot be played in a browser.

After purchasing the licences, you will receive codes and the link or QR code for download that you can easily send to your students for installation.

Mayority is designed as a single-player game, meaning that only 1 game can be played per device. However, 2 players can share a device to play together, if desired. We have had good experiences trying this out.

That's not a problem, as the main objective is the overall experience of the players. After playing Mayority 2 or 3 times, they are sure to get the hang of it.

Yes. Mayority is specifically designed to meet the needs of school lessons but is versatile enough to be utilised for any group-oriented work.

The goal is that the players get re-elected as mayor, which can only happen if they successfully achieve the goals that are generated for each new game.
